When Auphonic is the better choice

If you publish a show every week, Auphonic does much more than remove noise. It balances speakers, meets loudness targets for podcast platforms, mixes multitrack sessions and can publish the result automatically. We don’t offer any of that, and its free plan allows up to 2 hours a month.

When Denoisa is the better choice

If noise is the only problem, you don’t need a production to set up. Open the page, drop in the file and hear the preview.

For confidential recordings, Standard never leaves your device, while Auphonic’s terms say selected excerpts may be kept to improve its algorithms and may be heard by its staff or contractors. Short Denoisa files carry no jingle and need no account.

What this comparison doesn’t cover

We haven’t tested how the two tools sound side by side. Auphonic’s terms restrict using its service or output to evaluate or benchmark other systems, so we compare only public facts. Your own recording is the best test: Auphonic has a free plan, and every file gets a free 30-second preview here.

Denoisa is independent and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Auphonic. Auphonic is a trademark of its owner.
